Advanced Endoscopy is a subspecialty within gastroenterology dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases using endoscopy tools available in a hospital setting. Advanced endoscopic procedures may be used to treat or manage several complex GI conditions.
Our interventional endoscopists combine technical expertise, state-of-the-art device technology, and advanced imaging to deliver outstanding, minimally invasive care.

  • Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) obtain high-quality ultrasound images of the digestive tract and nearby organs such as the pancreas, liver and gallbladder. It is used to diagnose and stage cancers of the GI tract, bile ducts, and pancreas. Pancreatic pseudocyst drainage with fine needle aspiration (FNA).
  • Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is a specialized technique used to study the ducts of the gallbladder, pancreas and liver for benign and malignant disease
  • Stenting of the esophagus, small bowel, and colon
  • Endoscopic mucosa! resection (EMR) is a specialized technique to ablate and remove polyps in the GI tract.

You Have The Right To Receive A “Good Faith Estimate” Explaining How Much Your Medical Care Will Cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items or services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, and equipment.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of the Good Faith Estimate.
